What is coaching?
Coaching is a great way to improve your effectiveness and performance, and help you achieve your full potential.
Coaching can happen in different areas from sport via health to business performance. With an experienced coach you will get better results faster in the area you are receiving coaching.
Your coach can be a resource of knowledge, your personal cheerleader and a sounding board, who holds you accountable to do what you say you will and encourages you to new levels of personal and professional growth.
How does our coaching work?
- Coaching is done individually (1-on-1)
- It is a mid- to long-term commitment to make sure any changes become your new “normal”
- It can be done in person or via skype, so as long as you have a working online connection we can support you no matter where you are
- There will be regular coaching sessions (most of the time 1x week or 1x month) plus a bit of “homework” for you. Between sessions you can get support by email any time
